They take your money, print a fake shipping label, and don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Company is in “Arizona” but fake shipping label was created in Tennessee. Had to file fraud report on my debit card. Total scam and pain in the ass.

Great little worker The pool vac we bought is so far fantastic, it just goes around pool getting job done leaving bottom if pool nice and clean, our pool gas a few ledges and steps that are a bit tricky for the cleaner but it's just a minor hitch that doesn't bother yes too much. The product came via parcel post on time and the price was excellent, we recommend this product totally
