GBHopefully you are reading this before… Hopefully you are reading this before your purchase unlike myself. This is a fraudulent website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They take your money, print a fake shipping label, and don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Company is in “Arizona” but fake shipping label was created in Tennessee. Had to file fraud report on my debit card. Total scam and pain in the ass.

AUWHY? The product was delivered on time, undamaged and has shown its value; it is doing a good job. I found the price quotation puzzling: a $US price and an $AUS price which was significantly higher than the$US price, after allowing for the exchange rate at the time. I thought the difference probably included shipping costs, but no, these were separate, calculated in $US, then converted to $AUS and then the whole bill converted back $US on my credit card account. I would have been much less annoyed if proper reasons were given for all these unexplained charges. I was also annoyed by Pool/vacParts sending the wrong instruction manual and insisting that there was no other. Fortunately, later I was able to download the correct manual from the manufacturer's website. In summary I am happy with the product, but not impressed by the general level of service.

GBAwful Awful Awful Well, I was desperate for a pool part and didn't look at reviews. Awful, Awful, Awful. Website says shipping within 48 "business hours", which I took to mean 6 business days - a little over a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, even after multiple emails and phone calls there is no response and no product. I will dispute the charge and move on. Lesson learned. Beware - they also go under the names AZ Pool Supplies and In-Floor Pool Parts.
