USWHERE IS MY PART? I just don't understand what's happened ! I was sent an e-mail that the part I ordered was on back order. l OK I get that that happens, however…I was already charged for the order on my credit card, and have not received my order ! Don't most reputable companies wait until they have shipped the order to put the credit card through ? I'm a little worried.

USPoor inventory management and poor response to out-of-stock items There is absolutely no reason an online retailer should ever not be able to show whether an item is in stock or not. This retailer did not show this information and the item was indeed out-of-stock. They immediately charged my credit card which they should not have done until they shipped the item, which was four weeks later! For having something out-of-stock and unable to ship for that period of time other retailers have offered something for the inconvenience, like waving the shipping charge. This retailer did nothing.

USNot able to return un-used item when did not fix the problem. Unable to return item that was un-used when it did not fix the issue with the item we purchased it for. The policy not to accept any returns on an item that has been unwrapped seems ridiculous...how are you to know if the item you buy will fix the issues if you don't take it out of the package and try it? Seems to be pretty income oriented & no customer service...pretty good guarantee on getting plenty of money for the products they sell without much concern on getting them back, regardless of why.

USNice product, but very poor communication. The wrong pump motor was sent and I called to inform them. The lady was nice and said if I could send her pictures she would get it corrected. I sent photos of the wrong pump they sent and photos of the one I had. She said she would get back to me no later than the next day. She did not call so two days later I called her back. She said she would get the correct part sent out and have a return label included so I could return the wrong pump. The new part arrived and worked great. However, there was no return label. I called to inform them that we needed a return label. Two days ago I was promised that they would email a return label to me, but as of today I still have not received it. This is concerning since they clearly stated that if I did not return the first pump within a week they would charge me for an additional pump. This has not been a very good experience. Proper communication would have gone a long way to making this transaction a pleasant experience. The label should have arrived I yesterday's email. I am still waiting and the pump is gathering dust on the shelf.
