Would leave zero stars Would leave zero stars, but that is not an option. Ordered parts on 2/15/20, got an email 2/18/20 stating parts would take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive. It is now April 11th and I have yet to receive my parts. Asked for a refund, no refund issued. Thieves.

First a hiccup then a great outcome I ordered a part for my Zodiac T5, but when it arrived it was not what I expected. Unfortunately the picture of the part on the web site was some what ambiguous. This issue was resolved through a series of e-mails and the experience dealing with Steve Holt was a pleasant one.
