GBWHERE IS MY PART? I just don't understand what's happened ! I was sent an e-mail that the part I ordered was on back order. l OK I get that that happens, however…I was already charged for the order on my credit card, and have not received my order ! Don't most reputable companies wait until they have shipped the order to put the credit card through ? I'm a little worried.

GBRead the return policy and restocking charges before you order. After purchasing the tune up kit I determined that I needed a whole new pool vacuum cleaner unit, not just the tune up kit (the housing broke while taking it appart) The return policy is less than desirable at this company. They charge a 20% restocking fee on top of having to pay for return shipping. I decided to to hold onto the part in anticipation that the tune up kit can be used on my new pool vacuum sometime in the future.

GBBuyer Beware I can't believe that in 2020 any retailer would accept no returns. It's my fault for not checking, but it never even occurred to me you could be in business with that kind of policy. I wish I had come to this site first. I will never buy from them again.

GBNot able to return un-used item when did not fix the problem. Unable to return item that was un-used when it did not fix the issue with the item we purchased it for. The policy not to accept any returns on an item that has been unwrapped seems ridiculous...how are you to know if the item you buy will fix the issues if you don't take it out of the package and try it? Seems to be pretty income oriented & no customer service...pretty good guarantee on getting plenty of money for the products they sell without much concern on getting them back, regardless of why.
