GBAbsolutely the worse Absolutely the worse. Ordered filters on 04/29 still no confirmed tracking number. After numerous e-mails they finally said we will look into it and that was a week ago. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

GBNo way to contact or track orders Ordered a pool ladder may 24th unable to get any updates tracking information or anyone on the phone sitting here for a live chat over 70 minutes and I still have a 70 minute wait sent them an email no response. Paid with pay pal will have to file for my money back.went on again today no one available for live chat. Sent complain to pay pal to cancel my order. Calling credit card next then Better Business Bureau
Not Happy
GBCluless Customer Service Ordered a part and was given a delivery date. Delivery date kept getting pushed out and customer service kept replying to emails with vague and canned responses. Finally called them and they said my order was messed up on their end. They cancelled the original order and wanted to create a new one at twice the original cost. Customer service is outsourced and clueless. Avoid Pool Supply World.

GBGood luck ever getting your item.. Placed an order for a replacement salt cell a week ago. Verified both on the website and via customer service rep item was in stock. Order was placed, credit card charge was submitted and then the fun began. Never received a tracking number, contacted PSW to investigate.. item is out of stock. A few days later, I check again, item is in stock and being processed. Still no tracking number. The next day I check in, item has been fulfilled, but no tracking because shipper hasn't picked up yet. Next morning, still no tracking.. customer service says item is out of stock.

GBPlatinum Customer Service!!! I have ordered from them several times and always received quickly and at a good price. This last time I ordered there was a little delay in receiving and we had to get locally at a much inflated price. Needless to say I needed to return my whole order. I contacted there customer service department and they went above and beyond to help me out. I am completely satisfied and will definitely shop with them again. My go to pool place! :)
