GBNo Communication - Not honest and truthful Order heater that showed in stock when ordered, never arrived, however they did send the free pool cleaner. Communication was non existent until I disputed the charge with my CC company. Returned pool cleaner and asked for refund. Pool Supply agreed however to FULL they shorted my refund buy $29.46. Continuing to dispute via CC company. EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE. Will NEVER do business with them again.

GBTHEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY Will steal your money with online orders and will not ship products nor issue refunds when items are unavailable. As of 5/27/2020 they have disconnected their customer service lines and will not take or return calls for those who have delivery issues or for those wishing to cancel orders etc. I ordered two sets of pool steps ($411 worth) on April 29, 2020. Today is May 27, 2020... no steps, no order updates, no refund and no calls returned. Stay away and buy elsewhere.

GBPoolSupplyWorld a SCAM Stay as far away from this company as possible. They do not reply to emails, they do not answer their phone, and there is never a rep available on their website chat. They never let you know if or when they ship parts or how long it will take. After a week of frustration ordered from a competitor and received overnight cheaper than PoolSupplyWorld’s ground shipping rate. And the return policy is criminal at best considering. Restocking fees, return fees, And exorbitant shipping fees all totaling almost the amount of the items purchased. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! B E W A R E !!!!!!!

GBI ordered the wrong part—my bad I ordered the wrong part—my bad, though I think not surprising. I needed a Gecko WP2, so I ordered it, not knowing that WP2 comes as a 115V and 230V model. (Why Gecko chooses the same ID for both is a mystery.) I didn’t discover my mistake for several weeks—didn’t have time for repair. Once discovered, this company will not accept return. So I have a $400 doorstop.
