USI ordered the wrong part—my bad I ordered the wrong part—my bad, though I think not surprising. I needed a Gecko WP2, so I ordered it, not knowing that WP2 comes as a 115V and 230V model. (Why Gecko chooses the same ID for both is a mystery.) I didn’t discover my mistake for several weeks—didn’t have time for repair. Once discovered, this company will not accept return. So I have a $400 doorstop.

USWarranty isn’t worth anything Solar cover failed after 2 years with a ten year warranty. It won’t be covered because all the bubbles fell off. That’s not covered according to them. Don’t buy from them!

USFalse advertising False advertising. This is the details of what was to be included. This accessory package Includes GW9015 reducer cone, GW9012 swivel assembly, 41200-0213 vacuum regulator and cap, GW9019 unidapt handle Also includes GW9530 Vac port fitting, 41200-0212 flow gauge and 41200-0130 40-feet hose sectional kit with leader. I did not receive the GW9015 reducer cone nor did it include 412-0130 40-ft hose. Why would I pay so much for the little bit of stuff that was received? Requested refund on 6/7/2023.

USI needed a replacement Grid Assembly… I needed a replacement Grid Assembly for FNS Filter. I read some of the online reviews but still decided to give it a try. They were offering a 40% difference and free shipping. I contacted customer service a couple of times to check on the order. They were very responsive. I received the filter package exactly as stated by the company. Great experience.

USGood luck ever getting your item.. Placed an order for a replacement salt cell a week ago. Verified both on the website and via customer service rep item was in stock. Order was placed, credit card charge was submitted and then the fun began. Never received a tracking number, contacted PSW to investigate.. item is out of stock. A few days later, I check again, item is in stock and being processed. Still no tracking number. The next day I check in, item has been fulfilled, but no tracking because shipper hasn't picked up yet. Next morning, still no tracking.. customer service says item is out of stock.
