Cluless Customer Service Ordered a part and was given a delivery date. Delivery date kept getting pushed out and customer service kept replying to emails with vague and canned responses. Finally called them and they said my order was messed up on their end. They cancelled the original order and wanted to create a new one at twice the original cost. Customer service is outsourced and clueless. Avoid Pool Supply World.

What a complete waste of my time What a complete waste of my time. I think they are a front for collecting data how else can they stay in business? There is definitely something wrong with this company I am changing my credit card # as I don't feel comfortable with them having it in their database.

Good luck ever getting your item.. Placed an order for a replacement salt cell a week ago. Verified both on the website and via customer service rep item was in stock. Order was placed, credit card charge was submitted and then the fun began. Never received a tracking number, contacted PSW to investigate.. item is out of stock. A few days later, I check again, item is in stock and being processed. Still no tracking number. The next day I check in, item has been fulfilled, but no tracking because shipper hasn't picked up yet. Next morning, still no tracking.. customer service says item is out of stock.

Absolutely the worse Absolutely the worse. Ordered filters on 04/29 still no confirmed tracking number. After numerous e-mails they finally said we will look into it and that was a week ago. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

I ordered the wrong part—my bad I ordered the wrong part—my bad, though I think not surprising. I needed a Gecko WP2, so I ordered it, not knowing that WP2 comes as a 115V and 230V model. (Why Gecko chooses the same ID for both is a mystery.) I didn’t discover my mistake for several weeks—didn’t have time for repair. Once discovered, this company will not accept return. So I have a $400 doorstop.
