USTechnician Coaches The one thing I loved the most about my experience is the personable, helpful, and patient service I received from my Tech Coach! I could tell he was present the WHOLE time ( and we know tech issues are timely) but he never made me feel belittled, incapable, or ill at any point. There's a lot to be said for that give the situation at hand (accessing my phone device, which is hard to live with out in 2024 unfortunately) Thanks Ron for all your help!

USI will do this for everything… I will do this for everything electronic from here on out. Companies and their so called warranties aren't what you think but won't know that until its too late. Not these guys though. They'll cover it. Quickly too!
