GBWhere to begin... Where to begin.... Your website is deceiving and inefficient. Waiting for a page to load causes one to think it's not working and makes one tap another time only to learn the website is loading slow. Anyway, asurion makes it incredibly frustrating to start a claim. It's most likely coded to cause frustration and deceit to drive people away from using it. This is something in reporting to the State Attorneys General office, Dept of Consumer Affairs and to Amazon corporate.

GBBeing deployed overseas Being deployed overseas, making claims online is rough. Thank goodness for online help/agents because they do everything for you. Marry was on it. Extremely helpful and fast. She did everything for me online and made my life easier.

GBTechnician Coaches The one thing I loved the most about my experience is the personable, helpful, and patient service I received from my Tech Coach! I could tell he was present the WHOLE time ( and we know tech issues are timely) but he never made me feel belittled, incapable, or ill at any point. There's a lot to be said for that give the situation at hand (accessing my phone device, which is hard to live with out in 2024 unfortunately) Thanks Ron for all your help!
