GBJessica was amazing and so… Jessica was amazing and so knowledgeable and efficient. She had great things to say about her company so that made it so much easier to trust that they would do exactly as they promised and they did.

CAUsed them to replace my phone Used them to replace my phone , they didn't have my current phone to replace with a similar one so they offered me one that "was of equal quality" ...... I specifically asked about the camera and they said it was just as good , turned out to be a lie . When I tried to get my old phone back to repair it myself the lady got hostile with me because I waited two weeks ( I fly out or town for work on a 2 week schedule) she pretty much told me it's not her problem. I won't be using them ever again

GBJason is the GOAT If you are lucky enough to get Jason as your customer service agent, you are guaranteed to have an awesome day. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, but made whole process fun and lighthearted. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I just had in the service that was provided by Jason.

GBAsurion has been outstanding Asurion has been outstanding. I have been a member with them since June 2020 and they have lived up to their promises. I have repaired or replaced my device without question. I highly recommend, and the only thing that would make me leave is if another company offered a greater dollar amount limit for the same price

GBWill lie to you to get you to do a repair. This is specifically about the San Marcos, CA location. I can't say anything positive or negative about other locations. Stay as far away from these guys as you can!!! They will lie to you about how severe an issue is to con you into a repair that isn't all that necessary. Part of the "sales pitch" for replacing a screen with a crack so small it is of no danger to the phone, is to tell you that since it's the item being repaired, the 1 year warranty will cover any screen repairs. Then if it's time to actually follow through on this promise, they claim it's not covered under warranty as listed in the fine print. If you call the corporate office to complain, they will happily admit over the phone that they know no one reads all of the fine print, but it's binding anyway! As "consideration" the corporate office will offer a $50 coupon if you do *another* $300 repair with them. I understand they have a policy of no repair of damage, which makes sense, but they will stand and lie to your face and tell you damage will be covered just to get the repair. Complete charlaitains. If you need a repair, go somewhere else - don't walk away, run!
