GBWhere to begin... Where to begin.... Your website is deceiving and inefficient. Waiting for a page to load causes one to think it's not working and makes one tap another time only to learn the website is loading slow. Anyway, asurion makes it incredibly frustrating to start a claim. It's most likely coded to cause frustration and deceit to drive people away from using it. This is something in reporting to the State Attorneys General office, Dept of Consumer Affairs and to Amazon corporate.

GBJessica was amazing and so… Jessica was amazing and so knowledgeable and efficient. She had great things to say about her company so that made it so much easier to trust that they would do exactly as they promised and they did.

GBAsurion was there for me when the company went out of business! I had purchased a product less than a year ago with a 2 year extended warranty from the company, but also I purchased a 2 year warranty from Asurion. Today, the product failed to operate. I tried to contact the company, their website no longer exists. I contacted Ricky from Asurion via chat. He was able to get me a full refund. He agreed, it's a great thing that I purchased the Asurion warranty, otherwise I'd be out a lot of money! Thank you Ricky and Asurion!

GBWill lie to you to get you to do a repair. This is specifically about the San Marcos, CA location. I can't say anything positive or negative about other locations. Stay as far away from these guys as you can!!! They will lie to you about how severe an issue is to con you into a repair that isn't all that necessary. Part of the "sales pitch" for replacing a screen with a crack so small it is of no danger to the phone, is to tell you that since it's the item being repaired, the 1 year warranty will cover any screen repairs. Then if it's time to actually follow through on this promise, they claim it's not covered under warranty as listed in the fine print. If you call the corporate office to complain, they will happily admit over the phone that they know no one reads all of the fine print, but it's binding anyway! As "consideration" the corporate office will offer a $50 coupon if you do *another* $300 repair with them. I understand they have a policy of no repair of damage, which makes sense, but they will stand and lie to your face and tell you damage will be covered just to get the repair. Complete charlaitains. If you need a repair, go somewhere else - don't walk away, run!
