Asurion has been outstanding Asurion has been outstanding. I have been a member with them since June 2020 and they have lived up to their promises. I have repaired or replaced my device without question. I highly recommend, and the only thing that would make me leave is if another company offered a greater dollar amount limit for the same price

Used them to replace my phone Used them to replace my phone , they didn't have my current phone to replace with a similar one so they offered me one that "was of equal quality" ...... I specifically asked about the camera and they said it was just as good , turned out to be a lie . When I tried to get my old phone back to repair it myself the lady got hostile with me because I waited two weeks ( I fly out or town for work on a 2 week schedule) she pretty much told me it's not her problem. I won't be using them ever again

Liza my tech support coach was great Liza, my tech coach was very thorough and explained everything perfectly, getting my issue resolved 100%. Will use this service again as it was easy to navigate my way through and was able to chat and resolve quickly.
