GBWhere to begin... Where to begin.... Your website is deceiving and inefficient. Waiting for a page to load causes one to think it's not working and makes one tap another time only to learn the website is loading slow. Anyway, asurion makes it incredibly frustrating to start a claim. It's most likely coded to cause frustration and deceit to drive people away from using it. This is something in reporting to the State Attorneys General office, Dept of Consumer Affairs and to Amazon corporate.

GBI will do this for everything… I will do this for everything electronic from here on out. Companies and their so called warranties aren't what you think but won't know that until its too late. Not these guys though. They'll cover it. Quickly too!
