I could tell he was present the WHOLE time ( and we know tech issues are timely) but he never made me feel belittled, incapable, or ill at any point. There's a lot to be said for that give the situation at hand (accessing my phone device, which is hard to live with out in 2024 unfortunately) Thanks Ron for all your help!
