Being deployed overseas Being deployed overseas, making claims online is rough. Thank goodness for online help/agents because they do everything for you. Marry was on it. Extremely helpful and fast. She did everything for me online and made my life easier.

Successful claim Fitbit 4 dead battery My Fitbit 4 that I bought on Amazon had battery charging problem. Asurion chat agent asked a few simple questions to make sure that I was legit and within a few minutes I received confirmation for the claim.

Asurion has been outstanding Asurion has been outstanding. I have been a member with them since June 2020 and they have lived up to their promises. I have repaired or replaced my device without question. I highly recommend, and the only thing that would make me leave is if another company offered a greater dollar amount limit for the same price
