Where to begin... Where to begin.... Your website is deceiving and inefficient. Waiting for a page to load causes one to think it's not working and makes one tap another time only to learn the website is loading slow. Anyway, asurion makes it incredibly frustrating to start a claim. It's most likely coded to cause frustration and deceit to drive people away from using it. This is something in reporting to the State Attorneys General office, Dept of Consumer Affairs and to Amazon corporate.

I will do this for everything… I will do this for everything electronic from here on out. Companies and their so called warranties aren't what you think but won't know that until its too late. Not these guys though. They'll cover it. Quickly too!

Used them to replace my phone Used them to replace my phone , they didn't have my current phone to replace with a similar one so they offered me one that "was of equal quality" ...... I specifically asked about the camera and they said it was just as good , turned out to be a lie . When I tried to get my old phone back to repair it myself the lady got hostile with me because I waited two weeks ( I fly out or town for work on a 2 week schedule) she pretty much told me it's not her problem. I won't be using them ever again
