I have repaired or replaced my device without question. I highly recommend, and the only thing that would make me leave is if another company offered a greater dollar amount limit for the same price

GBAsurion was there for me when the company went out of business! I had purchased a product less than a year ago with a 2 year extended warranty from the company, but also I purchased a 2 year warranty from Asurion. Today, the product failed to operate. I tried to contact the company, their website no longer exists. I contacted Ricky from Asurion via chat. He was able to get me a full refund. He agreed, it's a great thing that I purchased the Asurion warranty, otherwise I'd be out a lot of money! Thank you Ricky and Asurion!
