CArip off. rip off. $1250 phone, 4 years old, $61 value ?? then reduced to $14 ?? had full original packaging, ear buds etc.... there was nothing wrong with the screen on my phone, then I get a report about the screen problems and drastically reduced value. I will not be using Phobio again.

GBPhobio Recommended Good communication. A bit confusing at the start, as I hadn't yet gotten my replacement laptop, but emails implied that I had already started my return. Packing instructions were easy to follow. Mailed return took a long time.

GBpoor client communication Your attempt to inform me with multiple auto-emails only served to confuse. Your numerous requests to send in my watch happened *after* I’d shipped it to you; your system doesn’t check your available data (scanned shipping label, etc) to check if the watch is already either in transit or in your position. These false emails made me worry the watch was lost in transit or by your staff. Your emails all come from no-reply addresses, with no easy way to contact you. Your progress dashboard is misleading, easily misinterpreted to show more/less progress than actual. Your final declaration that payment has been issued doesn’t bother to mention how I will receive it (m— post mail? e-gift card? Credit to Costco Visa card? I still don’t know. Overall, your client-communication needs significant improvement.
