Phobio Recommended Good communication. A bit confusing at the start, as I hadn't yet gotten my replacement laptop, but emails implied that I had already started my return. Packing instructions were easy to follow. Mailed return took a long time.

Was fine Was fine. Only thing was it wasn't clear the instruction booklet was actually a booklet (looked like a single sheet) so I didn't immediately see all the instructions.
