Phobio is Fabio! My recent Phobio experience was a great one from start to finish. The estimate process was quick and precise. Waiting for the box to send my device in was quick. Obtaining my trade-in credit was very fast. The only I wish was better was getting a little more for my old device. Nevertheless, I will be recommending Phobio to anyone I know that needs or wants to trade-in their tech. Thanks Phobio!

Phobio Recommended Good communication. A bit confusing at the start, as I hadn't yet gotten my replacement laptop, but emails implied that I had already started my return. Packing instructions were easy to follow. Mailed return took a long time.

rip off. rip off. $1250 phone, 4 years old, $61 value ?? then reduced to $14 ?? had full original packaging, ear buds etc.... there was nothing wrong with the screen on my phone, then I get a report about the screen problems and drastically reduced value. I will not be using Phobio again.
