CArip off. rip off. $1250 phone, 4 years old, $61 value ?? then reduced to $14 ?? had full original packaging, ear buds etc.... there was nothing wrong with the screen on my phone, then I get a report about the screen problems and drastically reduced value. I will not be using Phobio again.

GBPhobio Recommended Good communication. A bit confusing at the start, as I hadn't yet gotten my replacement laptop, but emails implied that I had already started my return. Packing instructions were easy to follow. Mailed return took a long time.

GBGood experience Good experience. Took time. The email update system should provide accurate info - the emails stated my device hadn’t been received, when I had tracking confirmation of receipt. It took 5 days for my device tracking to show received on their end.
