GBPhobio is Fabio! My recent Phobio experience was a great one from start to finish. The estimate process was quick and precise. Waiting for the box to send my device in was quick. Obtaining my trade-in credit was very fast. The only I wish was better was getting a little more for my old device. GBPhobio Recommended Good communication. A bit confusing at the start, as I hadn't yet gotten my replacement laptop, but emails implied that I had already started my return. Packing instructions were easy to follow. Mailed return took a long time.
