The technician explained the whole process and got right to work. I watched in amazement as each of my laptop issues were resolved remotely. After hours of frustration without an internet connection LogOnFixit did just that - I logged on and they fixed it and then some. Fees were very reasonable and service is outstanding. Stop flailing around your keyboard and call these folks. I am a happy man.

GBTalented Company Good Response time. Talented Staff. Very good work and 24 hour service. As a small business I can't afford an IT staff. But need one just as bad as any large company. Log On Fixit, has fixed it. Plus they're very fast and accurate. Money is time. Especially if you fear being hacked, or your system crashes. No system, no cash flow, now review. What more to say.

GBIF I'M IN MICHIGAN THEN LOG ON FIXIT MUST BE GOOD I have gone to California for my computer needs for a number of years, even though I live in Michigan. The owner of LogOnFixit is a great person and he and his associates do excellent computer repair work. They don't do "stuff" to charge you more and Mike will make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job. So Log On and get your problem Fixed.

GBI had an excellent experience I had an excellent experience. I'm a bit of a techno nerd, but couldn't solve this one. I called early on Sunday morning. Got a response in no time and had my PC issue resolved very promptly. Can't ask for anything better. No pushy request for a long time contract, etc. Base on my experience, I very highly recommend.
