GBLog-on Fix-It is so appreciated after… Log-on Fix-It is so appreciated after having a glitch or a major issue. Computer problems seem to always happen when you are trying to complete a task and then you spend hours trying to fix it. LoginFixit came to the rescue 3 times this year. 1) Computer ran too slow. LogonFixit sent a solid state hard drive. Solved problem. 2) Computer was shut down incorrectly. (Electricity outages) LogonFixit solved the problem immediately by logging on and brought my computer back to life. 3) Could not get Acer laptop to work with Hotspot on I-phone. Tried several days with wasting time to solve problem. Called LogonFixit and the technician solved the problem in 11 minutes. Would never have found problem. TAKE AWAY: a service contract gives me comfort knowing I don't have to take the computer to a shop or wait untill technicians arrive ro repair. GBTalented Company Good Response time. Talented Staff. Very good work and 24 hour service. As a small business I can't afford an IT staff. But need one just as bad as any large company.
