He explained step by step what he was going to do, so that I'd best understand his expert repair process. FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH After my dinosaur computer fritzed and sent every file and program into some netherworld, LOFI built a newer, smaller, more powerful one in the space of a few days. Then they spent an inordinate amount of time walking me through the installation process and rescued everything. If I lived next door to a computer repair shop, I would still call LOFI. Talented Company Good Response time. Talented Staff. Very good work and 24 hour service. As a small business I can't afford an IT staff. But need one just as bad as any large company.
