GBFIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH After my dinosaur computer fritzed and sent every file and program into some netherworld, LOFI built a newer, smaller, more powerful one in the space of a few days. Then they spent an inordinate amount of time walking me through the installation process and rescued everything. If I lived next door to a computer repair shop, I would still call LOFI. GBLog-on Fix-It is so appreciated after… Log-on Fix-It is so appreciated after having a glitch or a major issue. Computer problems seem to always happen when you are trying to complete a task and then you spend hours trying to fix it. LoginFixit came to the rescue 3 times this year. 1) Computer ran too slow. LogonFixit sent a solid state hard drive. Solved problem. 2) Computer was shut down incorrectly. (Electricity outages) LogonFixit solved the problem immediately by logging on and brought my computer back to life. 3) Could not get Acer laptop to work with Hotspot on I-phone. Tried several days with wasting time to solve problem. Called LogonFixit and the technician solved the problem in 11 minutes. Would never have found problem.
