Computer problems seem to always happen when you are trying to complete a task and then you spend hours trying to fix it. LoginFixit came to the rescue 3 times this year. 1) Computer ran too slow. LogonFixit sent a solid state hard drive. Solved problem. 2) Computer was shut down incorrectly. (Electricity outages) LogonFixit solved the problem immediately by logging on and brought my computer back to life. 3) Could not get Acer laptop to work with Hotspot on I-phone. These guys understand what customer… These guys understand what customer service really means. They quickly responded to my email and phoned me. The technician explained the whole process and got right to work. I watched in amazement as each of my laptop issues were resolved remotely. After hours of frustration without an internet connection LogOnFixit did just that - I logged on and they fixed it and then some. Fees were very reasonable and service is outstanding. Talented Company Good Response time. Talented Staff. Very good work and 24 hour service. As a small business I can't afford an IT staff. But need one just as bad as any large company.
