Talented Company Good Response time. Talented Staff. Very good work and 24 hour service. As a small business I can't afford an IT staff. But need one just as bad as any large company. Log On Fixit, has fixed it. Plus they're very fast and accurate. Money is time. Especially if you fear being hacked, or your system crashes. No system, no cash flow, now review. What more to say.

These guys understand what customer… These guys understand what customer service really means. They quickly responded to my email and phoned me. The technician explained the whole process and got right to work. I watched in amazement as each of my laptop issues were resolved remotely. After hours of frustration without an internet connection LogOnFixit did just that - I logged on and they fixed it and then some. Fees were very reasonable and service is outstanding. Stop flailing around your keyboard and call these folks. I am a happy man.

FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH After my dinosaur computer fritzed and sent every file and program into some netherworld, LOFI built a newer, smaller, more powerful one in the space of a few days. Then they spent an inordinate amount of time walking me through the installation process and rescued everything. If I lived next door to a computer repair shop, I would still call LOFI. Thanks for everything.
