FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH After my dinosaur computer fritzed and sent every file and program into some netherworld, LOFI built a newer, smaller, more powerful one in the space of a few days. Then they spent an inordinate amount of time walking me through the installation process and rescued everything. If I lived next door to a computer repair shop, I would still call LOFI. The technician explained the whole process and got right to work. I watched in amazement as each of my laptop issues were resolved remotely. After hours of frustration without an internet connection LogOnFixit did just that - I logged on and they fixed it and then some. Fees were very reasonable and service is outstanding. Stop flailing around your keyboard and call these folks. I am a happy man.

Got a response in no time and had my PC issue resolved very promptly. Can't ask for anything better. No pushy request for a long time contract, etc. Base on my experience, I very highly recommend.
