Awesome Technician/Great Company with response time The technician arrived within the beginning time of the time frame. We was very pleasant and he explained in detail what could’ve been happening with my washing. And once he completed the repair he explained what his findings were and the repairs made. He explained how to best operate my machine going forward. He cleaned up after hisself, which was great. He was a pleasant person to talk to. Great listener.

Samsung sent this company out to repair… Samsung sent this company out to repair my refrigerator and they were great! The service tech sent a text just prior to his arrival, he arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Fixed my refrigerator within 30minutes, and saved me money because I was ready to just replace it.

Referred by Samsung We contacted Nana after a conversation with Samsung about our ice maker. We weren't really sure what their role was in the repair, but quickly discovered they were just the match maker between us and a technician. They helped us schedule a technician and today the job was completed. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because we were contacted by two different technicians, which confused things in getting our repair done. Also there were four separate emails about repair parts being shipped, leading us to believe we were expecting multiple packages. But it was really just one package that they confirmed four times.

horrible customer service This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. I originally requested a service appointment on June 14, 2023. The time frame given was 8 am until 5 pm. After waiting this entire time, I was told at approximately 5:30 that there was no technician available. The service was rescheduled for July 12, 2023 with an arrival time between 8 am and noon. After the arrival window had passed, I was then told I would have to reschedule for the following day. I cannot continue to rearrange my daily schedule to accommodate these fruitless service appointments.
