GBDO NOT EVER get Home Depot extended… DO NOT EVER get Home Depot extended warranty on appliances! After 4 days of "select another availability", was scheduled for today, March 28. No call no show. Worst "repair" service company on earth. Phone support is non-existant, their answering machine tells yo to go to their website which is ZERO HELP. Stay away, at all costs.

GBSamsung sent this company out to repair… Samsung sent this company out to repair my refrigerator and they were great! The service tech sent a text just prior to his arrival, he arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Fixed my refrigerator within 30minutes, and saved me money because I was ready to just replace it.

GBhorrible customer service This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. I originally requested a service appointment on June 14, 2023. The time frame given was 8 am until 5 pm. After waiting this entire time, I was told at approximately 5:30 that there was no technician available. The service was rescheduled for July 12, 2023 with an arrival time between 8 am and noon. After the arrival window had passed, I was then told I would have to reschedule for the following day. I cannot continue to rearrange my daily schedule to accommodate these fruitless service appointments.

GBProfessional, punctual, and fixed The repair technician, Wilson, provided a professional level of service and resolved the underlying issue with our washer. Wilson kept us informed of each step of the process, while being a pleasure to talk to. I would happily use the service again if a future issue arises.
