Professional and patient Jorlanis was very professional and patient, He explained what was damaged and needed repair. He repaired the ice maker and told me what I had to do. Showed me what he did to keep the heat from the refrigerator out of the ice maker. he was clean and removed everything.

Technician was great, notifications were horrible Technician was great - correctly diagnosed the problem and seems to have resolved it. Nana’s appointment notification system, however, is an unmitigated disaster and that’s the reason I took off two stars. From the moment I contacted them I was subject to an endless flurry of contradictory texts and emails randomly confirming and rescheduling appointments. At one point a cancellation came through while the tech was actually standing here. Nana if you’re listening, your notification technology SUCKS and you should hire a human dispatcher.
