GBReferred by Samsung We contacted Nana after a conversation with Samsung about our ice maker. We weren't really sure what their role was in the repair, but quickly discovered they were just the match maker between us and a technician. They helped us schedule a technician and today the job was completed. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because we were contacted by two different technicians, which confused things in getting our repair done. Also there were four separate emails about repair parts being shipped, leading us to believe we were expecting multiple packages. But it was really just one package that they confirmed four times.
