Nana Provides Exceptional Service Even though Samsung made the warranty repair more difficult - Nana was terrific. When the repair ticket was reopened - Nana fit it into my schedule, had all potential parts needed shipped to the home and sent the same technician to reassess the problem and repair the refrigerator. I would use Nana again.

DO NOT EVER get Home Depot extended… DO NOT EVER get Home Depot extended warranty on appliances! After 4 days of "select another availability", was scheduled for today, March 28. No call no show. Worst "repair" service company on earth. Phone support is non-existant, their answering machine tells yo to go to their website which is ZERO HELP. Stay away, at all costs.

Samsung ice-maker, Pompano Beach, FL. Thank you, Ernesto Samsung transferred me to Nana to fix the Ice-maker in my Family Hub refrigerator. It all looked like a scam at first: everything was managed through the app, no phone number to contact, but the parts arrived on time. Then Ernesto confirmed the date and fixed everything within an hour*. Neat, respectful and professional. Thank you so much, Ernesto! —— *make sure you defrost the unit and remove everything upfront. FYI: The ice-maker needs to be replaced as well as the motherboard that is accessible from the back of the refrigerator.

Very satisfied Getting an appointment with Nana was extremely easy and fast. Their system kept me up to date with every step of the process, including giving me a heads up as to exactly when my technician was expected to arrive. Bryce, our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired our machine quickly. He even took the time to reinstall our machine at just the right placement to accommodate for our uneven floors.

Nana Home Visit/Refrigerator I bought a GE refrigerator in June 2022.. it stopped freezing and making ice in October. Under warranty I was assigned Nana services for repair. Daniel the technician was awesome. This was not a quick repair. He made two service visits and had to order refrigerant that took a few day to get. He was on time, very neat and obviously very knowledgeable of his craft. I will use Nana exclusively for home repairs from here on. Highly Recommend., Kevin W.
