GBNana Home Visit/Refrigerator I bought a GE refrigerator in June 2022.. it stopped freezing and making ice in October. Under warranty I was assigned Nana services for repair. Daniel the technician was awesome. This was not a quick repair. He made two service visits and had to order refrigerant that took a few day to get. He was on time, very neat and obviously very knowledgeable of his craft. I will use Nana exclusively for home repairs from here on. Highly Recommend., Kevin W.

GBProfessional, punctual, and fixed The repair technician, Wilson, provided a professional level of service and resolved the underlying issue with our washer. Wilson kept us informed of each step of the process, while being a pleasure to talk to. I would happily use the service again if a future issue arises.

GBTechnician was great, notifications were horrible Technician was great - correctly diagnosed the problem and seems to have resolved it. Nana’s appointment notification system, however, is an unmitigated disaster and that’s the reason I took off two stars. From the moment I contacted them I was subject to an endless flurry of contradictory texts and emails randomly confirming and rescheduling appointments. At one point a cancellation came through while the tech was actually standing here. Nana if you’re listening, your notification technology SUCKS and you should hire a human dispatcher.

GBVery satisfied Getting an appointment with Nana was extremely easy and fast. Their system kept me up to date with every step of the process, including giving me a heads up as to exactly when my technician was expected to arrive. Bryce, our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired our machine quickly. He even took the time to reinstall our machine at just the right placement to accommodate for our uneven floors.
