Technician was great, notifications were horrible Technician was great - correctly diagnosed the problem and seems to have resolved it. Nana’s appointment notification system, however, is an unmitigated disaster and that’s the reason I took off two stars. From the moment I contacted them I was subject to an endless flurry of contradictory texts and emails randomly confirming and rescheduling appointments. At one point a cancellation came through while the tech was actually standing here. Nana if you’re listening, your notification technology SUCKS and you should hire a human dispatcher.

Mr Guzman Mr. Guzman with Intel Tech Solutions was contracted by Nana to repair the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator. Took him 15 min to replace, very professional and will use him again on any other appliance, TV and sound system issues.

The technician was outstanding Although I wasn't thrilled about having to do a repair on a fridge that is less than a year old, my technician was fantastic. He was punctual and explained everything that needed to be done. He went above and beyond to make sure I got quality parts and was very efficient with the repair.
