Great customer service Had abit of an issue with the phone itself after putting the nuc code in. Got in contact and had to pay for an additional code (MCK) but was reasonably priced and they helped every step of the way. I would recommend but make sure you know what codes you need before hand.

incompetent at best. They sent me a code after two days which doesn't work, I contacted support twice over the space of 11 days and haven't heard anything at all for 2 weeks, the charge in my PayPal account is still pending so I can't even refund it through that. Time wasting scammers.

Good unlock service Good unlock service. Waited over a week to get the unlock code but still very happy to get my Nokia G20 unlocked, had tried other unlock sites but they were unable to unlock it, so don't mind a longer wait to get less than half the price to unlock by Telstra.
