incompetent at best. They sent me a code after two days which doesn't work, I contacted support twice over the space of 11 days and haven't heard anything at all for 2 weeks, the charge in my PayPal account is still pending so I can't even refund it through that. Time wasting scammers.

Faster Than Expected Requested an unlock code for Xfinity moto and got it very fastly. The code worked on first try and my phone is now unlocked. The cheapest on the market.
