Save your time and your money.... Would like to let other people know not to use their service. They have no intentions to communicate nor deliver what they offer to sale. It's been almost a full week and have to wait out the week to get my refund. Do not spend your money!

No service, no answer emails or WhatsApp messages. I submitted my order to have an iPhone unlocked and paid. My phone meets all the requirements for unlocking, fully paid off and not black listed. I have sent them emails and message them through WhatsApp but they have not responded nor provided the unlock service. Update ⭐️⭐️ I contacted them twice through PayPal and they released my funds after canceling my order saying that I needed the premium service. This took several days. I contacted them again through WhatsApp to inquire about the premium service but they never answered. Response: I am sure I placed my order with this company. They did release the hold on my funds. My rating is based on the fact that they took longer than the given time to cancel the order and release the hold on my funds, about double the quoted time. This website is truly a waste of time This website is truly a waste of time. My fiance submitted a request for a SIM unlock three four weeks ago still hasn't gotten it sent messages tried to contact them no response to her. I myself have been waiting for an unlock for one of my phones and I've sent messages I have tried to contact them no response no answer no customer service nothing move on find a better site because this one is garbage.

Again I decided to give a negative… Samsung A13 5g Again I decided to give a negative review. I was told by this company my phone couldn’t work with unlock codes but requires an unlocking software. Owner promised to send the software that weekend. I followed up with him everyday for 4 weeks straight he stopped responding to my messages. Bad communication and very unprofessional.
