incompetent at best. They sent me a code after two days which doesn't work, I contacted support twice over the space of 11 days and haven't heard anything at all for 2 weeks, the charge in my PayPal account is still pending so I can't even refund it through that. Time wasting scammers.

Good service. Gor my phone unlocked. Good service. Gor my phone unlocked. It took about 36 hours. If you don't get the code after 12 hours, contact support. They are very helpful. One other positive thing is that the money are not withdrawn from your account until the code is received.

SO HAPPY! I was sceptical yet hopeful that SimUnlock could help me. Have a Boost phone, locked, unable to use Mint Mobile sim card. About 7 hours later, on a weekend night, I received the email with a 8 digit code. IT Worked!! Very grateful to you guys, you relieved all my aggravation. Thanks so much.
