No service, no answer emails or WhatsApp messages. I submitted my order to have an iPhone unlocked and paid. My phone meets all the requirements for unlocking, fully paid off and not black listed. I have sent them emails and message them through WhatsApp but they have not responded nor provided the unlock service. Update ⭐️⭐️ I contacted them twice through PayPal and they released my funds after canceling my order saying that I needed the premium service. This took several days. I contacted them again through WhatsApp to inquire about the premium service but they never answered. Response: I am sure I placed my order with this company. They did release the hold on my funds. My rating is based on the fact that they took longer than the given time to cancel the order and release the hold on my funds, about double the quoted time.
