I myself have been waiting for an unlock for one of my phones and I've sent messages I have tried to contact them no response no answer no customer service nothing move on find a better site because this one is garbage.

incompetent at best. They sent me a code after two days which doesn't work, I contacted support twice over the space of 11 days and haven't heard anything at all for 2 weeks, the charge in my PayPal account is still pending so I can't even refund it through that. Time wasting scammers.

100% LEGIT COMPANY I contacted Simunlock.com to check if they were legit and told them how other companies took my money without unlocking my phone and they were able to unlock my phone in a matter of hours. Simunlock.com is a completely LEGIT company and they are getting unfair negative reviews that should be intended for a scam company called Simunlocks.com with an (s). Do yourself a favor and contact this company prior to purchase and get excellent customer service.... oh and Simunlock.com also gave me advice on how to get a refund from the other scam companies.
