No service, no answer emails or WhatsApp messages. I submitted my order to have an iPhone unlocked and paid. My phone meets all the requirements for unlocking, fully paid off and not black listed. I have sent them emails and message them through WhatsApp but they have not responded nor provided the unlock service. Update ⭐️⭐️ I contacted them twice through PayPal and they released my funds after canceling my order saying that I needed the premium service. This took several days. I contacted them again through WhatsApp to inquire about the premium service but they never answered. Response: I am sure I placed my order with this company. They did release the hold on my funds. My rating is based on the fact that they took longer than the given time to cancel the order and release the hold on my funds, about double the quoted time. Including the fact that they NEVER answered my emails nor my WhatsApp messages. Purchase Receipt Dear CRU Thank you for using our Online Unlocking Service. Excellent customer service Very reasonable pricing to unlock the sim. Customer service staff was very helpful. I almost gave up to unlock due to my phone issue(my old samsung S6 edge phone), however service staff was not given up, and resolved the issue for me. I am very grateful.

Worth the money I am a skeptic using tech sites like this. There is a genuine security risk giving out the imei number of any cellular device. After having contacted the provider of the device and being denied any support simunlock was the next logical step. With that being said, I decided to patronize this site. I was very pleased. Took a few hours to get the code. That worked out better for me. I had a very busy sunday. Mind you I still placed security lock on the imei number of the phone, because art imitates life, this day and age.

I am very pleased with SimUnlock.com I am very pleased with SimUnlock.com, would highly recommend this service to anyone needing their phone unlocked. Before i discovered SimUnlock.com I had bought codes from 2 different unlock services and neither codes worked. SimUnlock.com was cheaper and there code was actually legitimate now my Samsung Galaxy s21 is fully unlocked

Better than dealing with Xfinity After talking with Xfinity five different times over three days I contacted SimUnlock; 24 hours later, they got me a code that worked. Definitely recommend
