You made a little boys dream of owning a drone and instilled confidence in a 65 year old man that there are good honest and caring service venues out there. Ty for servicing my drone. Two weeks ago I bought about $2,400…great dealing with this store. Two weeks ago I bought about $2,400 worth of DJI M2P with Smart Controller, Refresh Care, Fly More, etc. the owner was extremely helpful despite being busy with setting up his online store. We communicated via text, email and a phone conversation. He cared about my needs, didn’t try to upsell me or anything else that sellers could do to irritate customers. Very positive experience.

Total failure Total failure. Sent my drone in for repair, paid $474 and was returned a drone (not mine) that was in even worse shape than the one I sent in. I contacted Djidroneservice to complain and was told the 'technician' checked it out and it was repaired. The drone I received would not even turn on...and had a cracked arm. Very disappointed in the money spent for repairs not made (actually a different Phantom 3A was returned), the customer service when I contacted them and their failure to follow up. NOT RECOMMENDED

Did a great job repairing my DJI MINI3… Did a great job repairing my DJI MINI3 PRO..Came back looking like new, no tool marks or anything. They reset the computers and everything so I had to re-register and ad my profile. My drone crashed into a tree and broke the gimble tried to repair it myself but wasted money and time and still didnt get it fixed, so sent it to these professionals at DDS and im very happy.. I'm ready for the snow now so I can take some great cinematic shots at the park. Enjoy the new year everyone.
