JPGreat drones but most of all reliable after service Been using DJI drones since 2015. Ive crashed two drones in this time, one in 2017 and one recently. Their repair service is top notch, in fact i would dare say that on top of the obvious technologic advantage DJI has over competitors, their excellent after-sale service is what makes me trust to stick with them. Having a crashed drone is a scary experience of your investment (especially now with the Mavic 3 being quite pricey) and because of there fast response with picking up the broken drone, analyzing it an replacing it, much of that anxiety is no more. I will stick with DJI no matter what others say.

GBReal quick to take your money Real quick to take your money! VERY slow on returning drone and when they do, It's missing key components like control plug so you can't connect controller to phone. it was on controller when I sent it in. Also missing gambrel cover which was also attached when sent in. Customer service sucks!!! the 800 number they display keeps you on hold till it hangs up on you. I WANT ALL MY PARTS BACK. CONTROLLER IS USELESS TO ME WITHOUT MY "C" PLUG ADAPTER!!!!!

GBTotal failure Total failure. Sent my drone in for repair, paid $474 and was returned a drone (not mine) that was in even worse shape than the one I sent in. I contacted Djidroneservice to complain and was told the 'technician' checked it out and it was repaired. The drone I received would not even turn on...and had a cracked arm. Very disappointed in the money spent for repairs not made (actually a different Phantom 3A was returned), the customer service when I contacted them and their failure to follow up. NOT RECOMMENDED

GBI sent my dpi mini 3 pro a month ago to… I sent my dpi mini 3 pro a month ago to be repaired because it gave me a gimbal stuck error. I was charged $60 to repair the drone, but it came back to me with an aggravated issue, the gimbal this time wouldn't even calibrate, while it did before sending it to DJI repair service. I contacted them again and they told me to send it back to them and that this time I wasn't going to be charged. After going back and forth with them several times (both by emails and phone) they diagnosed the same issue the drone had before (what a surprise!) and they offered me a $30 discount to repair it. This is the worst customer service I encountered in my life, they don't know what they are doing and the don't care about their customers. A nightmare.

GBThey replaced two motors & arms on my… They replaced two motors & arms on my Mavic Pro, only to install the original damaged props. Come on guys, who does that? Replace the props. When I emailed them about this, they never responded. Definitely a once & done kind or merchant with no customer service of any kind. They take your money & run. Find someone else if you want the repair done right.
