GBDJI ,Never Again Sent my drone to the Netherlands for repair, it was delivered on the Friday but went missing until the Monday. It was sent because a screw head broke off while tryingbto replace a propeller. There was no other issues. Once the report came through it had a camera gimble malfunction, ecu malfunction, and physical damage to one of the legs. I ended up paying €65 for i dont really know what as they admitted the malfunctions.As a gesture of good will they did replace it with a new drone after several emails. It took almost a week for my drone to be returned but there was no extras not even propellers. So basically a one screw repairment took about 1 month, unexplained damage to my drone on arrival at the factory, €65 and not even a replacement proppeller set. Although the communications were good on the whole it was a nightmare situation as they have your drone and you feel like your being blackmailed. Afraid to say i would advise against DJI and i wont be buying anything of theirs again unfortunately they let themselves down

GBKudos Steve and DJI Drone Service Steve was extremely responsive in helping us troubleshoot stubborn registration of a new replacement Phantom 4 Pro V2. Appeared that DJI’s servers were either down or otherwise unresponsive one evening, causing the Go4.0 App to repeatedly freeze after hitting “Activate”. Kudos Steve & DJI Drone Service!

GBI must recant my previous review I must recant my previous review. After giving time to process, DJI Drone Service has restored my faith in them and has agreed to send my missing parts back to me with an upgrade of Gimbal globe and filter. I want to thank you giys at DJI Drone Services for the follow up and going above what was asked for to make this right. I will definately be recommending your services and apologize for the hasty review I posted before giving yall time to review my issues. Thank you

GBDid a great job repairing my DJI MINI3… Did a great job repairing my DJI MINI3 PRO..Came back looking like new, no tool marks or anything. They reset the computers and everything so I had to re-register and ad my profile. My drone crashed into a tree and broke the gimble tried to repair it myself but wasted money and time and still didnt get it fixed, so sent it to these professionals at DDS and im very happy.. I'm ready for the snow now so I can take some great cinematic shots at the park. Enjoy the new year everyone.
