Kudos Steve and DJI Drone Service Steve was extremely responsive in helping us troubleshoot stubborn registration of a new replacement Phantom 4 Pro V2. Appeared that DJI’s servers were either down or otherwise unresponsive one evening, causing the Go4.0 App to repeatedly freeze after hitting “Activate”. Kudos Steve & DJI Drone Service!

Every Little Thing! Needed some screws for my Mavic 2 Pro. Was able to get not only those but an assortment of screws for the drone. Quick service, fast shipping, great prices, free shipping (and return) for evaluation of damage, and an assortment of parts that the manufacturer either won’t sell or is very slow to ship. Buyer beware Buyer beware! This company will hold your money for 2 weeks and then tell you the item you bought was a "price mistake." Why does it take them 2 weeks to tell you this? Best part, once they tell you the item was a price mistake, they'll ask you to buy the lower-end model for the same price you had bought the newest model - bait and switch type move that should be fraud! I had to fight them through PayPal to get a refund due to them trying to talk me into buying the lower-end model. Stay away!!

Real quick to take your money Real quick to take your money! VERY slow on returning drone and when they do, It's missing key components like control plug so you can't connect controller to phone. it was on controller when I sent it in. Also missing gambrel cover which was also attached when sent in. Customer service sucks!!! the 800 number they display keeps you on hold till it hangs up on you. I WANT ALL MY PARTS BACK. CONTROLLER IS USELESS TO ME WITHOUT MY "C" PLUG ADAPTER!!!!!

things go wrong but they did good in my book It took more then 2 months (never got my drone back), but they made good by sending me a refurbished mavic 2 pro (which is what i had). They sent me a extra battery, joysticks, and almost a whole set of propellors. I'd definitely recommend using them.
