JPGreat drones but most of all reliable after service Been using DJI drones since 2015. Ive crashed two drones in this time, one in 2017 and one recently. Their repair service is top notch, in fact i would dare say that on top of the obvious technologic advantage DJI has over competitors, their excellent after-sale service is what makes me trust to stick with them. Having a crashed drone is a scary experience of your investment (especially now with the Mavic 3 being quite pricey) and because of there fast response with picking up the broken drone, analyzing it an replacing it, much of that anxiety is no more. I will stick with DJI no matter what others say.

GBI must recant my previous review I must recant my previous review. After giving time to process, DJI Drone Service has restored my faith in them and has agreed to send my missing parts back to me with an upgrade of Gimbal globe and filter. I want to thank you giys at DJI Drone Services for the follow up and going above what was asked for to make this right. I will definately be recommending your services and apologize for the hasty review I posted before giving yall time to review my issues. Thank you

GBBest DJI Repair Shop These guys are the best, fastest, honest and most economical DJI repair house out there. I fly a bit more freely knowing they've got my back should anything go wrong! And I still can't believe they cover the Fedex shipping in both direction, whether they perform the repair or not. And when i hot my bird back, they threw in a sweet gift too!

GBEvery Little Thing! Needed some screws for my Mavic 2 Pro. Was able to get not only those but an assortment of screws for the drone. Quick service, fast shipping, great prices, free shipping (and return) for evaluation of damage, and an assortment of parts that the manufacturer either won’t sell or is very slow to ship. Add the great sales and DJIdroneservice is the obvious choice for drones and parts/service.

GBI Own the Mavic air 2 and upgraded to… I Own the Mavic air 2 and upgraded to the smart Controller at a cost of £550 . I was about to order the new Mavic 3 only to realise that the Mavic 3 isn’t compatible with the original Smart Controller. DJI this is so unfair What do all the thousands of consumers do with there original Smart controller.? This probably means that non of us will by the Mavic 3 . Shameful on DJI
