Real quick to take your money Real quick to take your money! VERY slow on returning drone and when they do, It's missing key components like control plug so you can't connect controller to phone. it was on controller when I sent it in. Also missing gambrel cover which was also attached when sent in. Customer service sucks!!! the 800 number they display keeps you on hold till it hangs up on you. I WANT ALL MY PARTS BACK. CONTROLLER IS USELESS TO ME WITHOUT MY "C" PLUG ADAPTER!!!!!

5* experience from beginning to end 5* experience from beginning to end. I have to admit, I was worried about sending a very expensive drone by mail to a company I had never heard of in another state. DJIDrone service delivered everything as promised, free shipping both ways, very timely repair, good communications (you can see where they are in the process on the website) and free return. They were also the cheapest price I compared. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for getting me back in the air again.

Cheaper than dji care refresh! Ppl quick tip! Loyalty is great when appriciated! Dji DRONE GREAT! But and stick to the care refresh if you want to show your loyalty to dji as a company, however if the dji doesn't appreciate that loyalty for what ever reason! Insure your drone with bubble it dot com, its 2yrs cover! 1 yr more than dji and its 30% cheaper!😁 Great product! Truly! But a malfunction that cost you to loose the drone would cost you dearly regardless if product is faulty! And they would charge you heavily for a replacement doesn't matter if care refresh is active or not! Loyalty to their brand comes at an heavy price tag, Dji is a great brand but I'm sharing my story with all family and friend so they csb make up their own minds.

Buyer beware Buyer beware! This company will hold your money for 2 weeks and then tell you the item you bought was a "price mistake." Why does it take them 2 weeks to tell you this? Best part, once they tell you the item was a price mistake, they'll ask you to buy the lower-end model for the same price you had bought the newest model - bait and switch type move that should be fraud! I had to fight them through PayPal to get a refund due to them trying to talk me into buying the lower-end model. Stay away!!

Great drones but most of all reliable after service Been using DJI drones since 2015. Ive crashed two drones in this time, one in 2017 and one recently. Their repair service is top notch, in fact i would dare say that on top of the obvious technologic advantage DJI has over competitors, their excellent after-sale service is what makes me trust to stick with them. Having a crashed drone is a scary experience of your investment (especially now with the Mavic 3 being quite pricey) and because of there fast response with picking up the broken drone, analyzing it an replacing it, much of that anxiety is no more. I will stick with DJI no matter what others say.
