I have to admit, I was worried about sending a very expensive drone by mail to a company I had never heard of in another state. DJIDrone service delivered everything as promised, free shipping both ways, very timely repair, good communications (you can see where they are in the process on the website) and free return. They were also the cheapest price I compared. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for getting me back in the air again.

things go wrong but they did good in my book It took more then 2 months (never got my drone back), but they made good by sending me a refurbished mavic 2 pro (which is what i had). They sent me a extra battery, joysticks, and almost a whole set of propellors. I'd definitely recommend using them.

Total failure Total failure. Sent my drone in for repair, paid $474 and was returned a drone (not mine) that was in even worse shape than the one I sent in. I contacted Djidroneservice to complain and was told the 'technician' checked it out and it was repaired. The drone I received would not even turn on...and had a cracked arm. Very disappointed in the money spent for repairs not made (actually a different Phantom 3A was returned), the customer service when I contacted them and their failure to follow up. NOT RECOMMENDED

Every Little Thing! Needed some screws for my Mavic 2 Pro. Was able to get not only those but an assortment of screws for the drone. Quick service, fast shipping, great prices, free shipping (and return) for evaluation of damage, and an assortment of parts that the manufacturer either won’t sell or is very slow to ship.
