Cheaper than dji care refresh! Ppl quick tip! Loyalty is great when appriciated! Dji DRONE GREAT! But and stick to the care refresh if you want to show your loyalty to dji as a company, however if the dji doesn't appreciate that loyalty for what ever reason! Insure your drone with bubble it dot com, its 2yrs cover! 1 yr more than dji and its 30% cheaper!😁 Great product! Truly! But a malfunction that cost you to loose the drone would cost you dearly regardless if product is faulty! And they would charge you heavily for a replacement doesn't matter if care refresh is active or not! Loyalty to their brand comes at an heavy price tag, Dji is a great brand but I'm sharing my story with all family and friend so they csb make up their own minds.

Two weeks ago I bought about $2,400 worth of DJI M2P with Smart Controller, Refresh Care, Fly More, etc. the owner was extremely helpful despite being busy with setting up his online store. We communicated via text, email and a phone conversation. He cared about my needs, didn’t try to upsell me or anything else that sellers could do to irritate customers. Very positive experience.

After giving time to process, DJI Drone Service has restored my faith in them and has agreed to send my missing parts back to me with an upgrade of Gimbal globe and filter. I want to thank you giys at DJI Drone Services for the follow up and going above what was asked for to make this right. Great drones but most of all reliable after service Been using DJI drones since 2015. Ive crashed two drones in this time, one in 2017 and one recently. Their repair service is top notch, in fact i would dare say that on top of the obvious technologic advantage DJI has over competitors, their excellent after-sale service is what makes me trust to stick with them. Having a crashed drone is a scary experience of your investment (especially now with the Mavic 3 being quite pricey) and because of there fast response with picking up the broken drone, analyzing it an replacing it, much of that anxiety is no more. I will stick with DJI no matter what others say.
