GBBuyer beware Buyer beware! This company will hold your money for 2 weeks and then tell you the item you bought was a "price mistake." Why does it take them 2 weeks to tell you this? Best part, once they tell you the item was a price mistake, they'll ask you to buy the lower-end model for the same price you had bought the newest model - bait and switch type move that should be fraud! I had to fight them through PayPal to get a refund due to them trying to talk me into buying the lower-end model. Stay away!!

GBthings go wrong but they did good in my book It took more then 2 months (never got my drone back), but they made good by sending me a refurbished mavic 2 pro (which is what i had). They sent me a extra battery, joysticks, and almost a whole set of propellors. I'd definitely recommend using them.

GBI sent my dpi mini 3 pro a month ago to… I sent my dpi mini 3 pro a month ago to be repaired because it gave me a gimbal stuck error. I was charged $60 to repair the drone, but it came back to me with an aggravated issue, the gimbal this time wouldn't even calibrate, while it did before sending it to DJI repair service. I contacted them again and they told me to send it back to them and that this time I wasn't going to be charged. After going back and forth with them several times (both by emails and phone) they diagnosed the same issue the drone had before (what a surprise!) and they offered me a $30 discount to repair it. This is the worst customer service I encountered in my life, they don't know what they are doing and the don't care about their customers. A nightmare.

GBTwo weeks ago I bought about $2,400…great dealing with this store. Two weeks ago I bought about $2,400 worth of DJI M2P with Smart Controller, Refresh Care, Fly More, etc. the owner was extremely helpful despite being busy with setting up his online store. We communicated via text, email and a phone conversation. He cared about my needs, didn’t try to upsell me or anything else that sellers could do to irritate customers. Very positive experience.
