GBI am giving this a 2 star review based… I am giving this a 2 star review based on my call center experience alone. I have yet to have a scheduled repair. I called the 800 number for 2 weeks before ever talking to a person was immediately hung up in , when finally reaching a person their english was so broken we struggled with communication. She took all my information and advised she would call me back in an hour ..the call felt abruptly ending. I waited 5 hours and returned the call while the new agent was a little more versed with the English language it was still. Broken and I had to repeatedly myself . She noted that my account was created but only with my phone number I had to provide all details over ! She noted that someone would reach me to schedule an appt. and hung up. Like I wasn't even sure if the call had ended. Not a thank you or do I have additional concerns , no bye have a nice day, nothing . Like wow $2200 on a refrigerator and you all cant even extend decent customer service. Not 1 but 2 agents in the same manner, someone needs to work on the SOPs of customer service. I now know after this experience I will not be purchasing any further LG appliance items , which is a shame considering I am remodeling my kitchen with new appliances.

GBI scheduled a refrigerator repair I scheduled a refrigerator repair, then got a text late last night saying they were not available and would not reschedule. Horrible way to run things

GBTerrible customer and repair service Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had. After a month of wrong parts and multiple reschedules I will no longer purchase LG appliances after this. And I will NEVER recommended LG products.

GBWould give zero or below if possible Would give zero or below if possible. Original LG fridge was so bad Sears replaced completely after years of multiple service calls per year. Have had LG replacement for less than 5 years and it had never been reliable. I was resigned to never having in-door water and ice, but then freezer and fridge quit working at the end of Sept 2021, with $2000 worth of my husbands insulin being stored in it. Multiple calls, us ordering the parts and having them shipped to our house so we were sure they’d be ready for the technician has left us with a tentative repair date of DECEMBER 14!! Completely unacceptable. Never buy LG or any appliance that A&E services.

GBThe AI and lack of contact is terrible ... The AI - you spend 5 minutes before you even talk to the human! Terrible. Also lack of response from LG Service is terrible. Applied for Service 24-October - till end of October no response. Had to call them. They blame the ventilation and asked me to pay and do cleaning of ventilation before they schedule technician! They ask to do various test for them. Issue not resolved! Warranty is just an Idea not a law for them.
