I ordered an AR15 pistol grip and a set… I ordered an AR15 pistol grip and a set of anti-walk trigger pins. Shipping estimate was Saturday delivery. The parts arrived Thursday, two days early. Ordered last Thursday. Grip and pins arrived in a padded envelope and were in great shape. BRD communicated via email multiple times to keep me informed of the status of my order. The products appear to be quality.

Great first time gun buying transaction The price of the gun and shipping were very reasonable. My transaction was easy. First time buying a gun online. I do recommend talking to the FFL vendor on your end to find out the cost of transfer though.

Revised review I cancelled my order because Fedex was the problem not Dirty Birds. Fedex was to deliver by 12/3 and did not Then I was told by Fedex they could not find my package so based on their information I cancelled my order. Now Fedex found the package but i already cancelled. This issue was NOT Dirty Birds fault. It was all on misinformation from Fedex.

Good communication The part I ordered wasn't in stock by the time my order was being processed. Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour. I was informed and given options the next day after I placed my order, and that level of communication should be noted.
