GBGood communication The part I ordered wasn't in stock by the time my order was being processed. Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour. I was informed and given options the next day after I placed my order, and that level of communication should be noted.

GBI’ve never experienced better customer… I’ve never experienced better customer service when buying a firearms part. I bought the dirty bird ambi lower. Alex communicated with me by email very promptly. He let me ship them an HRF concepts RCM (the polymer thing that clamps on the magwell to make it super flared) to ensure fitment was good, which it was. He included the RCM in the box when he shipped out the ambi lower to my FFL. I’ve yet to assemble to lower, but it seems to be very good quality with very nice controls, and I think it’s probably the most slept on lower in the industry.

GBGood price, good parts, no issues. Good price. Wish the shipping could've been a bit faster but considering it's December, I'm happy with it. I noticed the hand signed thank you. Nice touch. Was hoping for some stickers for my safe so I could advertise for you guys the next time I show off my collection but that's ok. Overall, I'm satisfied.

GBIt took a little promping... It took 2 tries, but I received my order (promptly, once it actually left the store). Requests for ratings came WAY before my order arrived, which was pretty irritating. My second order, the 1st was without issues. I will order from Dirty Bird again, recommend if you aren't in a real hurry to receive.
