I’ve never experienced better customer… I’ve never experienced better customer service when buying a firearms part. I bought the dirty bird ambi lower. Alex communicated with me by email very promptly. He let me ship them an HRF concepts RCM (the polymer thing that clamps on the magwell to make it super flared) to ensure fitment was good, which it was. He included the RCM in the box when he shipped out the ambi lower to my FFL. I’ve yet to assemble to lower, but it seems to be very good quality with very nice controls, and I think it’s probably the most slept on lower in the industry.

I have to personally give a massive shout out to Michael Faas for his help with making my masterpiece. The Cerakote was perfect! The Pin and weld was perfect! Not sure how I ended up with a box... Not sure how I ended up with a box, a thank you note and plastic cushions but no product but they made it right, Sounds strange but it happened..

It took a little promping... It took 2 tries, but I received my order (promptly, once it actually left the store). Requests for ratings came WAY before my order arrived, which was pretty irritating. My second order, the 1st was without issues. I will order from Dirty Bird again, recommend if you aren't in a real hurry to receive.
