Good communication The part I ordered wasn't in stock by the time my order was being processed. Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour. I was informed and given options the next day after I placed my order, and that level of communication should be noted.

It took a little promping... It took 2 tries, but I received my order (promptly, once it actually left the store). Requests for ratings came WAY before my order arrived, which was pretty irritating.
