GBGreat customer service. I ordered the wrong part by mistake. Contacted customer service and they graciously canceled that order. Didn't even ask if I wanted to order a different part. I did however order another part a couple days later. Item showed up quickly.

GBRevised review I cancelled my order because Fedex was the problem not Dirty Birds. Fedex was to deliver by 12/3 and did not Then I was told by Fedex they could not find my package so based on their information I cancelled my order. Now Fedex found the package but i already cancelled. This issue was NOT Dirty Birds fault. It was all on misinformation from Fedex.

GBGreat service on a left-hand upper Ordered a complete left hand upper. Price was very competitive. Shipping cost was reasonable, the upper was well packaged, and I received prompt tracking information and then the item itself in 3 days. Upper seems to work great and be of high quality. Given the good experience, I am confident I will be buying here again.

GBI ordered an AR15 pistol grip and a set… I ordered an AR15 pistol grip and a set of anti-walk trigger pins. Shipping estimate was Saturday delivery. The parts arrived Thursday, two days early. Ordered last Thursday. Grip and pins arrived in a padded envelope and were in great shape. BRD communicated via email multiple times to keep me informed of the status of my order. The products appear to be quality.
