I ordered an AR15 pistol grip and a set… I ordered an AR15 pistol grip and a set of anti-walk trigger pins. Shipping estimate was Saturday delivery. The parts arrived Thursday, two days early. Ordered last Thursday. Grip and pins arrived in a padded envelope and were in great shape. BRD communicated via email multiple times to keep me informed of the status of my order. The products appear to be quality.

Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour.
