Ordered last Thursday. Grip and pins arrived in a padded envelope and were in great shape. BRD communicated via email multiple times to keep me informed of the status of my order. The products appear to be quality.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong part by mistake. Contacted customer service and they graciously canceled that order. Didn't even ask if I wanted to order a different part. I did however order another part a couple days later. Item showed up quickly.
