GBRevised review I cancelled my order because Fedex was the problem not Dirty Birds. Fedex was to deliver by 12/3 and did not Then I was told by Fedex they could not find my package so based on their information I cancelled my order. Now Fedex found the package but i already cancelled. This issue was NOT Dirty Birds fault. It was all on misinformation from Fedex.

GBI’ve never experienced better customer… I’ve never experienced better customer service when buying a firearms part. I bought the dirty bird ambi lower. Alex communicated with me by email very promptly. He let me ship them an HRF concepts RCM (the polymer thing that clamps on the magwell to make it super flared) to ensure fitment was good, which it was. He included the RCM in the box when he shipped out the ambi lower to my FFL. I’ve yet to assemble to lower, but it seems to be very good quality with very nice controls, and I think it’s probably the most slept on lower in the industry.

GBGood communication The part I ordered wasn't in stock by the time my order was being processed. Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour. I was informed and given options the next day after I placed my order, and that level of communication should be noted.

GBOutstanding Company! I had the best experience with this company. They enjoy their jobs , and actually give professional advice and suggestions. I have to personally give a massive shout out to Michael Faas for his help with making my masterpiece. The Cerakote was perfect! The Pin and weld was perfect! GBAbsolutely ridiculous shipping service Absolutely ridiculous shipping service. Company sent me a notification that my item had been shipped but didn't actually give it to USPS until five days later. I live less than two hours from this company, it's been eight days and I still haven't received my package. I will not be buying from Dirty Bird USA again.
