I’ve never experienced better customer… I’ve never experienced better customer service when buying a firearms part. I bought the dirty bird ambi lower. Alex communicated with me by email very promptly. He let me ship them an HRF concepts RCM (the polymer thing that clamps on the magwell to make it super flared) to ensure fitment was good, which it was. He included the RCM in the box when he shipped out the ambi lower to my FFL. I’ve yet to assemble to lower, but it seems to be very good quality with very nice controls, and I think it’s probably the most slept on lower in the industry.

Great first time gun buying transaction The price of the gun and shipping were very reasonable. My transaction was easy. First time buying a gun online. I do recommend talking to the FFL vendor on your end to find out the cost of transfer though.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong part by mistake. Contacted customer service and they graciously canceled that order. Didn't even ask if I wanted to order a different part. I did however order another part a couple days later. Item showed up quickly.

Great service on a left-hand upper Ordered a complete left hand upper. Price was very competitive. Shipping cost was reasonable, the upper was well packaged, and I received prompt tracking information and then the item itself in 3 days. Upper seems to work great and be of high quality. Given the good experience, I am confident I will be buying here again.

Dirty Bird industries The ammo is great. Gun parts are awesome. And at reasonable prices . Ureally can’t go wrong . I have some of there parts in 2 of my ARs . Excellent quality.
