GBGas block and tube. From the purchasing to receiving the… From the purchasing to receiving the items I must say I am impressed. I received email confirmation of the order status of shipment, tracking information and confirmation of delivery. This is how it should be done. Product was shipped the same day as ordered. I will definitely be shopping here again.

GBGood communication The part I ordered wasn't in stock by the time my order was being processed. Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour. I was informed and given options the next day after I placed my order, and that level of communication should be noted.

GBRevised review I cancelled my order because Fedex was the problem not Dirty Birds. Fedex was to deliver by 12/3 and did not Then I was told by Fedex they could not find my package so based on their information I cancelled my order. Now Fedex found the package but i already cancelled. This issue was NOT Dirty Birds fault. It was all on misinformation from Fedex.

GBGreat customer service. I ordered the wrong part by mistake. Contacted customer service and they graciously canceled that order. Didn't even ask if I wanted to order a different part. I did however order another part a couple days later. Item showed up quickly.

GBIt took a little promping... It took 2 tries, but I received my order (promptly, once it actually left the store). Requests for ratings came WAY before my order arrived, which was pretty irritating. My second order, the 1st was without issues. I will order from Dirty Bird again, recommend if you aren't in a real hurry to receive.
