Jennifer made sure to quickly let me know the situation, and offered alternatives or to be placed first on the list when the next shipment arrived. I didn't have to wonder what was taking my order so long, or make a call and be put on hold for half an hour. Ordered last Thursday. Grip and pins arrived in a padded envelope and were in great shape. BRD communicated via email multiple times to keep me informed of the status of my order. The products appear to be quality.
