Ordered last Thursday. Grip and pins arrived in a padded envelope and were in great shape. BRD communicated via email multiple times to keep me informed of the status of my order. The products appear to be quality.

I live less than two hours from this company, it's been eight days and I still haven't received my package. I will not be buying from Dirty Bird USA again.
