It took a little promping... It took 2 tries, but I received my order (promptly, once it actually left the store). Requests for ratings came WAY before my order arrived, which was pretty irritating. My second order, the 1st was without issues. I will order from Dirty Bird again, recommend if you aren't in a real hurry to receive.

Shipping cost was reasonable, the upper was well packaged, and I received prompt tracking information and then the item itself in 3 days. Upper seems to work great and be of high quality.
