GBCan't get in touch with anyone by… Can't get in touch with anyone by phone and no response to Emails. Been waiting for going on 5 weeks and would just appreciate some feedback on what's going on. Hopefully I can update this review with a more positive one. Customer service definitely needs major improvement

GBAs described... Shipment was tough because it needed a signature and the box was cheap but remained in tact...different language writing all over it... but product was exactly as advertised. Tougher to use as a 6'2 215 pound kinda tall guy but the thing is awesome lol.

ILGreat Customer Support I got all that I ordered and it was shipped pretty quickly, there were massive issues with my local delivery company which caused a lot of delay but the Joy Love Dolls support responded to my emails multiple times very fast and were helpful, assisting me until I got my order.

GBI made a mistake and was financially eviscerated I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!! Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.
