GBDimensions all wrong Skeleton of doll does not bend in correct or natural ways. One leg is larger than the other, making standing impossible. Is very stiff, and doesn't move without great effort.

DEIt says order is ready but doesn't it get shipped since 20 days Customer support doesn't reply anymore even though they said they wanna contact the factory. I placed the order on January 3rd, they say the order is ready but it doesn't get shipped, even though 20 days have passed. I don't know if this is just a scam or if there is actually some sort of mistake happening in the factory but when the customer support doesn't even seem to try to help me then I just can't give a good review. I hope they figure out what is going on, they should really work on their customer support and the way they handle things.

GBI made a mistake and was financially eviscerated I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!! Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.

GBRun away The company is a legit company but after receiving a broken doll right out of the box, and after waiting two months on shipping. The company has been extremely unhelpful on getting my issue resolved. The doll was around $3000 and it is unusable, and the company could care less. My recommendation is go shop somewhere else or just set your money on fire and watch it burn.
