Dimensions all wrong Skeleton of doll does not bend in correct or natural ways. One leg is larger than the other, making standing impossible. Is very stiff, and doesn't move without great effort.

Excellent Service 5/5 Everything was in the time frame that they said it would all take. 1- 3 weeks. In this case it was 3 weeks, however the Doll had a lot of custom options so I could understand the time it took. The Doll arrived exactly as specified and was shipped in a durable box with excellent packaging. The box was highly discreet, even the delivery driver had no idea what it was. I have ordered previously from A different company website and got the doll I ordered with the customizations I specified except she had the wrong skin color. Great Customer Support I got all that I ordered and it was shipped pretty quickly, there were massive issues with my local delivery company which caused a lot of delay but the Joy Love Dolls support responded to my emails multiple times very fast and were helpful, assisting me until I got my order.

I ordered my doll on February 5th and… I ordered my doll on February 5th and it has now been 25 days. it is currently February 26th and I haven’t gotten any updates and they won’t respond to my email or my call, I understand Chinese new year slowed things down and I don’t mind the wait I just don’t like that I haven’t received any updates after such a large investment.

As described... Shipment was tough because it needed a signature and the box was cheap but remained in tact...different language writing all over it... but product was exactly as advertised. Tougher to use as a 6'2 215 pound kinda tall guy but the thing is awesome lol.
