It says order is ready but doesn't it get shipped since 20 days Customer support doesn't reply anymore even though they said they wanna contact the factory. I placed the order on January 3rd, they say the order is ready but it doesn't get shipped, even though 20 days have passed. I don't know if this is just a scam or if there is actually some sort of mistake happening in the factory but when the customer support doesn't even seem to try to help me then I just can't give a good review. I hope they figure out what is going on, they should really work on their customer support and the way they handle things.

The product is pretty heavy but The product is pretty heavy, about 140lbs. Tough getting it into certain positions but once you get it there it's smooth sailing. It stays cold so a good heating blanket is a must, takes about an hour to get to a decent temperature. Orifice heating insert is great and makes the product that much better. I can't really get the doll to stand like it's supposed to, couple of thrusts and the knees start buckling. A good product and the weight actually makes for a good workout so you're in shape when the real thing comes along. More realistic than I thought

I made a mistake and was financially eviscerated I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!! Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.

Far better than the reviews imply! I guess sometimes it’s better to read the reviews after. I may have never bought from JLD if I did. My doll is GREAT. The Kenzie doll is exactly what I was looking for. I’m a pretty short guy. She’s basically eye to eye with me standing. I wish she were a little closer to 5’ even. Not sure what these other people have been experiencing but, my communication with support was always timely and super helpful. I even ordered “off the menu”(so to speak) and was accommodated beyond expectations. No reason here to order from a different company for any future purchases. Thank you Rachelle. If I had built my girl 100% custom, she would not have been this good. 👍🏼

Great Customer Support I got all that I ordered and it was shipped pretty quickly, there were massive issues with my local delivery company which caused a lot of delay but the Joy Love Dolls support responded to my emails multiple times very fast and were helpful, assisting me until I got my order.
