GBCould put all the groupings on one… Could put all the groupings on one page. Instead of having to keep refreshing the page. Takes way to long to see all the products.

DEIt says order is ready but doesn't it get shipped since 20 days Customer support doesn't reply anymore even though they said they wanna contact the factory. I placed the order on January 3rd, they say the order is ready but it doesn't get shipped, even though 20 days have passed. I don't know if this is just a scam or if there is actually some sort of mistake happening in the factory but when the customer support doesn't even seem to try to help me then I just can't give a good review. I hope they figure out what is going on, they should really work on their customer support and the way they handle things.
