I made a mistake and was financially eviscerated I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!! Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.

Great Customer Support I got all that I ordered and it was shipped pretty quickly, there were massive issues with my local delivery company which caused a lot of delay but the Joy Love Dolls support responded to my emails multiple times very fast and were helpful, assisting me until I got my order.

As described... Shipment was tough because it needed a signature and the box was cheap but remained in tact...different language writing all over it... but product was exactly as advertised. Tougher to use as a 6'2 215 pound kinda tall guy but the thing is awesome lol.

Far better than the reviews imply! I guess sometimes it’s better to read the reviews after. I may have never bought from JLD if I did. My doll is GREAT. The Kenzie doll is exactly what I was looking for. I’m a pretty short guy. She’s basically eye to eye with me standing. I wish she were a little closer to 5’ even. Not sure what these other people have been experiencing but, my communication with support was always timely and super helpful. I even ordered “off the menu”(so to speak) and was accommodated beyond expectations. No reason here to order from a different company for any future purchases. Thank you Rachelle. If I had built my girl 100% custom, she would not have been this good. 👍🏼

Incomplete shipping The doll I ordered shipped without the head, and I did not receive any documentation or shipping information for an additional package. A customer service rep did promise to follow-up, but only after I reached out to the company. To date, I still have not received what I paid for. Update: The head arrived several days later. Beyond the expected arrival date, but in good condition. Better communication would have earned 5-stars.
