GBFar better than the reviews imply! I guess sometimes it’s better to read the reviews after. I may have never bought from JLD if I did. My doll is GREAT. The Kenzie doll is exactly what I was looking for. I’m a pretty short guy. She’s basically eye to eye with me standing. I wish she were a little closer to 5’ even. Not sure what these other people have been experiencing but, my communication with support was always timely and super helpful. I even ordered “off the menu”(so to speak) and was accommodated beyond expectations. No reason here to order from a different company for any future purchases. Thank you Rachelle. If I had built my girl 100% custom, she would not have been this good. 👍🏼

GBAs described... Shipment was tough because it needed a signature and the box was cheap but remained in tact...different language writing all over it... but product was exactly as advertised. Tougher to use as a 6'2 215 pound kinda tall guy but the thing is awesome lol.

GBCould put all the groupings on one… Could put all the groupings on one page. Instead of having to keep refreshing the page. Takes way to long to see all the products.
