GBIncomplete shipping The doll I ordered shipped without the head, and I did not receive any documentation or shipping information for an additional package. A customer service rep did promise to follow-up, but only after I reached out to the company. To date, I still have not received what I paid for. Update: The head arrived several days later. Beyond the expected arrival date, but in good condition. Better communication would have earned 5-stars.

GBI haven’t gotten my order and have… I haven’t gotten my order and have tried contacting y’all in multiple ways.

GBI made a mistake and was financially eviscerated I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!! Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.
