I ordered my doll on February 5th and… I ordered my doll on February 5th and it has now been 25 days. it is currently February 26th and I haven’t gotten any updates and they won’t respond to my email or my call, I understand Chinese new year slowed things down and I don’t mind the wait I just don’t like that I haven’t received any updates after such a large investment.

Can't get in touch with anyone by… Can't get in touch with anyone by phone and no response to Emails. Been waiting for going on 5 weeks and would just appreciate some feedback on what's going on. Hopefully I can update this review with a more positive one. Customer service definitely needs major improvement

Far better than the reviews imply! I guess sometimes it’s better to read the reviews after. I may have never bought from JLD if I did. My doll is GREAT. The Kenzie doll is exactly what I was looking for. I’m a pretty short guy. She’s basically eye to eye with me standing. I wish she were a little closer to 5’ even. Not sure what these other people have been experiencing but, my communication with support was always timely and super helpful. I even ordered “off the menu”(so to speak) and was accommodated beyond expectations. No reason here to order from a different company for any future purchases. Thank you Rachelle. If I had built my girl 100% custom, she would not have been this good. 👍🏼

Excellent Service 5/5 Everything was in the time frame that they said it would all take. 1- 3 weeks. In this case it was 3 weeks, however the Doll had a lot of custom options so I could understand the time it took. The Doll arrived exactly as specified and was shipped in a durable box with excellent packaging. The box was highly discreet, even the delivery driver had no idea what it was. I have ordered previously from A different company website and got the doll I ordered with the customizations I specified except she had the wrong skin color. JLD is very professional and makes certain the order is done to your specifications and delivered on time. I recommend JLD over any other website when looking to purchase yourself a companion.
