CAExcellent Service 5/5 Everything was in the time frame that they said it would all take. 1- 3 weeks. In this case it was 3 weeks, however the Doll had a lot of custom options so I could understand the time it took. The Doll arrived exactly as specified and was shipped in a durable box with excellent packaging. The box was highly discreet, even the delivery driver had no idea what it was. I have ordered previously from A different company website and got the doll I ordered with the customizations I specified except she had the wrong skin color. JLD is very professional and makes certain the order is done to your specifications and delivered on time. I recommend JLD over any other website when looking to purchase yourself a companion.

USCan't get in touch with anyone by… Can't get in touch with anyone by phone and no response to Emails. Been waiting for going on 5 weeks and would just appreciate some feedback on what's going on. Hopefully I can update this review with a more positive one. Customer service definitely needs major improvement

USIncomplete shipping The doll I ordered shipped without the head, and I did not receive any documentation or shipping information for an additional package. A customer service rep did promise to follow-up, but only after I reached out to the company. To date, I still have not received what I paid for. Update: The head arrived several days later. Beyond the expected arrival date, but in good condition. Better communication would have earned 5-stars.

USI made a mistake and was financially eviscerated I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!! Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.
