SCAM Very long delivery time, website says 6 business days for delivery but it's been 3 weeks and still no update, I sent an email to the customer service and got no reply as well. Edit: the website says the order gas been fulfilled even though I never got it and the shipping tracking says ot got canceled yet i still got charged and have not received a single response on the emails I've been sending. Do not buy from this store its a scam!

Part of my order never arrived Part of my order never arrived. The part that did arrived VERY LATE! When I reported that my order was incomplete, I was routed to another company who basically told me that they have no intention to complete my order or give me a refund. This online shop is clearly a fraud.

Average time, average products Overall, my orders were simple and the time of arrival was decent considering delivery time of chinese products, however i can't help but feel that the products are rather genric, i have no problem with that, but with the cost they have, you might be better off with some other, bigger sites to buy this kind of stuff, unless you're here for the more *specific* things. If you have the pocket for it, sure give your princess a treat, but think thouroughly about it

Have not received items or a response I placed my order on 1/21 without even a label created for shipping. It's now 1/31. I sent a message this morning for an update with no response. Hoping someone will reach out soon with an update and my items shipped.
