Shipping nightmare I understand that do to covid shipping takes extra time. Do to this fact I ordered stuff that said ships from the US to avoid any real shipping delay, as the items were for a birthday gift, everything I ordered shipped from China not the US and took so long the birthday came and passed before the outfits got here. They were understanding when I canceled the remaining parts of my orders.

Part of my order never arrived Part of my order never arrived. The part that did arrived VERY LATE! When I reported that my order was incomplete, I was routed to another company who basically told me that they have no intention to complete my order or give me a refund. This online shop is clearly a fraud.

Order placed Dec 20th… Order placed Dec 20th…. Nothing, no shipment, I waited until the 28th to send an email to their support it’s now the 3rd of January and still no contact. I understand we are in the holidays but there’s is no mention on the website about no communications and long ship times. Will not order from again. They snatch up your money real quick but take their time when it comes to getting what you paid for at this point I’d rather take my business elsewhere. **Update** As of January 17th still no contact.
