Spectacular Customer Service! First time ever after a few years of ordering from this seller I had an issue with a defective product from this site in a box of otherwise perfectly fine toys. My experience reporting the issue was incredibly easy over text, and was resolved within an hour. They confirmed the product issue was likely an issue on the manufacturers end, did a spectacular job making me feel heard, and offered me the choice between store credit or a replacement- and I was even given an additional bit of store credit for the hassle. Probably my best experience with any customer service team :)

Carmen Rocks! Great customer service! Forever customer made! I am a new customer and let me just say the customer service is GREAT! I ordered and amazing product that I love. Did my research and Eden was the only company to carry it. So I went for it, and I am not disappointed. Unfortunately, one of the products arrived damaged, no biggie it happens. I was able to get a replacement (that works wonderfully) very easily! Eden has made a repeat customer out of me! I am very satisfied with my products and the customer service I received from Carmen. She rocks! And let me add the shipping timing is pretty good! I received my package very quickly along with the replacement.

Great Customer Care! Within 30 minutes of me submitting a support ticket, Carmen wrote me back. The toy I'd just bought broke during my 3rd use and Carmen immediately offered to ship me a replacement. Excellent and speedy service!
