Excellent customer service! Carmen is a gem! I was planning on placing an order for some new “equipment” and was overwhelmed with the wide but wonderful selection of items. I had an idea of what I like from past orders but also wanted to venture. I noticed that there was a chat feature, so I decided to try the chat and see what would become of it. Let me just say - I feel like I made a new friend today, Carmen. She promptly answered my product and promotion questions. I decided to test the waters and asked the awkward questions, questions that I can’t ask anyone that I know. Boy, did Carmen deliver! Carmen Rocks! Great customer service! Forever customer made! I am a new customer and let me just say the customer service is GREAT! I ordered and amazing product that I love. Did my research and Eden was the only company to carry it. So I went for it, and I am not disappointed. Unfortunately, one of the products arrived damaged, no biggie it happens. I was able to get a replacement (that works wonderfully) very easily! Eden has made a repeat customer out of me! I am very satisfied with my products and the customer service I received from Carmen. She rocks! And let me add the shipping timing is pretty good! I received my package very quickly along with the replacement.

I've been ordering from EdenFantasys irregularly for years. Their products are all quality at an excellent price. I received my last order and it looked like it had been run over. Everything inside was mashed up. I emailed customer service and Carmen replied. She was so sweet! It felt like I was talking to an old friend.
