Excellent customer service! Carmen is a gem! I was planning on placing an order for some new “equipment” and was overwhelmed with the wide but wonderful selection of items. I had an idea of what I like from past orders but also wanted to venture. I noticed that there was a chat feature, so I decided to try the chat and see what would become of it. Let me just say - I feel like I made a new friend today, Carmen. She promptly answered my product and promotion questions. I decided to test the waters and asked the awkward questions, questions that I can’t ask anyone that I know. Boy, did Carmen deliver! She not only gave me awesome recommendations but more importantly, she made me comfortable asking my questions. I eventually placed my order and am psyched to receive and test my new toys.
