Spectacular Customer Service! First time ever after a few years of ordering from this seller I had an issue with a defective product from this site in a box of otherwise perfectly fine toys. My experience reporting the issue was incredibly easy over text, and was resolved within an hour. They confirmed the product issue was likely an issue on the manufacturers end, did a spectacular job making me feel heard, and offered me the choice between store credit or a replacement- and I was even given an additional bit of store credit for the hassle. Probably my best experience with any customer service team :)
