Great Company, Great Products Hismith has created state-of-the-art level machines that surpass anything I've owned before. Their design, engineering, quality and performance leave everyone else who manufactures these type of devices in their wake. Small yet powerful, amazingly quiet, the Hismith machines do not disappoint. Plus their customer service team is responsive and always there to help. I received my machine 5 days after I ordered and it arrived discreetly and securely packaged. Highly recommend these folks. They're top of the line, as are their machines.

Very happy with the company and product After looking at various companies and products I decided to go with Hismith because of their reputation, price point, and product quality. I'm very happy with the decision. The Premium machine is solid and amazing. There's very little plastic on the main device, just the adjustment knobs I believe. It's heavy, which is important for devices like these so they stay in place and direct all their power to where it matters most. Unlike with less expensive machines, this one works perfectly at very low speeds because of the powerful motor they use. I had a small issue with the Bluetooth functionality, and support was responsive and helpful. I'm satisfied with the product and the company.

Customer service is fantastic Customer service is fantastic. I was having a bit of trouble installing (mostly due to my own ineptitude) and I spoke with Jess from their customer support team. Jess went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos of the pieces I needed to install. So impressed with the quick response time and thorough assistance. Would definitely work with Hismith again.

Ordered So I’m not sure about others experiences with ordering from Hismith but I found their support very well. They where upfront and honest about being based in China, about risks to shipping due to the pandemic but believed there wouldn’t be delays and confirmed everything was in stock for me. Especially Jess but Edwin as well where helpful. I much preferred ordering from Hismith directly rather then through Amazon. I definitely recommend it. ....as for my purchase, it was definitely worth the investment. Take that as you will.

Hot damn! This is my first review for a product of this nature, so I find myself at a loss. What can I say? The packaging was great, discreet as promised. The storage bag and molded foam inserts for the machine's pieces are fantastic, and the machine itself and all attachments are top quality, very sturdy and smartly engineered. I think the best compliment I can give is to say that although the machine itself was super quiet, I most definitely wasn't. 10/10 would buy again.
