Awful company - wrong product and horrible service I ordered two items, one finally shipped three weeks later, which is too long in this day and age. The other item was wrong, completely wrong! They told me it was close to what I ordered, which is sooo false. Then I complained and they offered me a $20 credit on a $70 item. Who does business like this. I am still trying to resolve this and it is going on two weeks now. Do not buy from them, you will be sorry.

They send different products Service is too slow, took almost 3 weeks to get it and I got a totally different product! The customer service said " it is a little different from the picture, but it is almost the same". It was not.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET MY PRODUCT WHICH WASNT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. SCAMMERS HERE DONT OREDER. AFTER A FEW EMAILS OF THEM BLOWING ME OFF AND THE "RUN AROUND". THEY FINALLY TELL ME MY ORDER WENT TO UNITED KINGDOM. HOW DO YOU MISPLACE AN ENTIRE COUNTRY!!!!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. FINALLY GOT A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERD. NOT EVEN CLOSE. THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE. THEY HAVE NO ETHICS OR MORALS FOR BEING IN BUSINESS. DONT ORDER DONT ORDER DONT ORDER SCAMMMERS SCAMMMERS. SINCE MY NASTY EMAIL TO THEM ABOUT THE SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER, I HAVE BEEN FLOODED WITH SPAM EMAILS. I JUST DELETE THEM BUT THIS IS JUST ONE MORE REASON NOT TO ORDER HERE FROM THIS SCAMMING UNLAWFUL COMPANY......... IF THEY ARE READING THIS.... I HOPE THEY ALL DIE.

FRAUD Placed order in September, never got it till January, contacted customer service few times, got couple of pathetic replies, but no product or money back.

No issues except I had to email about … No issues except I had to email about my order status. The item was delivered through DHL very quickly.
