Horrible Service Their shipping guidelines state” Processing Time: In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is processed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. I ordered on August 25, 2022. It is now September 6, 2022 and package has not even been shipped yet. Nothing shows special order items and I was already charged for full amount so nothing is on back order. I ordered a few weeks in advance of my trip thinking I would have these items but clearly they don’t follow their own processing times and do whatever they want. Shady business practices. I will shop at Yandy from now on since you get your items within a week of purchasing. They have no issue taking my money immediately but can deliver when promised.

Purchased the priority shipping Purchased the priority shipping back Sept 23rd it is now Sept 29th. Was told that priority only guarantee is that after they ship it and not before. So if it takes 2 months for them to ship it you wasted your money on priority shipping.
