USPurchased the priority shipping Purchased the priority shipping back Sept 23rd it is now Sept 29th. Was told that priority only guarantee is that after they ship it and not before. So if it takes 2 months for them to ship it you wasted your money on priority shipping.

USHorrible Service Their shipping guidelines state” Processing Time: In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is processed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. I ordered on August 25, 2022. It is now September 6, 2022 and package has not even been shipped yet. Nothing shows special order items and I was already charged for full amount so nothing is on back order. I ordered a few weeks in advance of my trip thinking I would have these items but clearly they don’t follow their own processing times and do whatever they want. Shady business practices. I will shop at Yandy from now on since you get your items within a week of purchasing. They have no issue taking my money immediately but can deliver when promised.

USCheap! Cheap! Cheap! Bought a bra and pantie set for my fiancee based upon a pic at their online store We were both excited until they arrived/ The quality of the material was absolutely atrocious. The workmanship looked like it was sewn by an 8 year old , Considering the fact that lingerie cannot be returned and the prices they charge, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are deceiving the consumer on purpose.

USThis was my first time buying This was my first time buying on the website. I decided to make a purchase back in November 2021 for some robes. These were intended for my bridesmaid for my wedding in 2022. It is now February 2022 and I have yet to receive my full order. I have emailed and called customer service and there is still no ETA. Also, after 16 weeks if they haven’t sent the rest my pending order they will just cancel it. So if you have a special event coming up take into consideration that you might not get your order in full. It’s quite the inconvenience. In my case I will have to repurchase all the robes somewhere else so they can match. I hope no one else has to experience the same.
