Very very rude and disrespectful!! Very very rude and disrespectful!!! Stephanie is always the one on live chat and she is rude and hostile, BEWARE!!! I ordered a corset for a Halloween costume and had to return it because it arrived broken. I was approved for a return so I returned it. I had to buy my own label and returned it within 24 hours. I just got a notice saying "Refused return" and they claim there's hair all over it and bodily liquids! What?! I NEVER wore this due to it arriving broken and I dont have hair, I have a bald head, also no animals. Stephanie kept yelling at me and making stuff up as she went! Never ordering here again!

The workmanship looked like it was sewn by an 8 year old , Considering the fact that lingerie cannot be returned and the prices they charge, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are deceiving the consumer on purpose.
