This was my first time buying This was my first time buying on the website. I decided to make a purchase back in November 2021 for some robes. These were intended for my bridesmaid for my wedding in 2022. It is now February 2022 and I have yet to receive my full order. I have emailed and called customer service and there is still no ETA. Also, after 16 weeks if they haven’t sent the rest my pending order they will just cancel it. So if you have a special event coming up take into consideration that you might not get your order in full. It’s quite the inconvenience. In my case I will have to repurchase all the robes somewhere else so they can match. I hope no one else has to experience the same.

I paid for priority 2-3 day shipping… I paid for priority 2-3 day shipping however I did not receive my order in that time frame. When I inquired as to why my order had not yet been shipped on day 4 I was told the priority shipping is for 2-3 days after leaving their warehouse. Needless to say that is not priority shipping. As someone who pays for orders with expedited service quite often I am quite irritated. I bought my items for a function expecting them to be delivered long before the event and I still do not have my items nor have they been shipped.

Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Bought a bra and pantie set for my fiancee based upon a pic at their online store We were both excited until they arrived/ The quality of the material was absolutely atrocious. The workmanship looked like it was sewn by an 8 year old , Considering the fact that lingerie cannot be returned and the prices they charge, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are deceiving the consumer on purpose.

Halloween Costume I bought the “western star” (western Barbie) Halloween costume and I am very happy with it. I wanted to buy the one from spirit Halloween but they were already sold out before October. I scoured Amazon for an equivalent but didn’t like or didn’t trust any of the options there. Finally I found this website. The actual costume looks a little different from the image, but nonetheless it fits perfect and is good enough quality for a Halloween costume. And it looks great. they even sent me a free gift which is a cute little bracelet. I got worried because the order tracking wasn’t showing any updates but it shipped the day after I placed the order and my package arrived 5 days after I got the order shipped notification. I had my heart set on being western Barbie for Halloween and Spicy Lingerie made it happen!
