Can’t contact customer service I ordered from this company because of their return policy. I have submitted the form twice and have called both numbers without an answer. I was leery about the product anyways but because of their return policy I went ahead. Edit to reply: on your website verbatim “SATISFACTION We are not happy, until you are! If you are not satisfied just return product during the first 30 days after receiving.” It still doesn't answer as to why I couldn’t contact customer from either phone number or get a reply from the email address posted.

Kinda slow on order processing This is the website for a small business. I’d placed an order a couple of days ago, and received the email confirmation, but there was no comm from the seller regarding the shipping info. Also, I was unable to reach out since the contact numbers provided are not operational. Got a response from the seller after two days when I opened a dispute on PayPal. The prices are better than other stores though, so I guess that’s what you get!
