Ordered 3 weeks ago and ghosted I ordered two items 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them since my order confirmation. None of the phone numbers on their site work. They also haven’t responded to email. Almost $100 lost. I would not recommend. I was comfortable because I saw these reviews but it looks like they all came in around the same time so could be a scam site.

Above all else the customer service was impeccable: professional, discreet and completely helpful, something that is absolutely essential for a business in this particular industry. The website itself is modern, easy to navigate, very well put together and clearly categorised, with a very professional finish. I highly recommend Sextoyzone, it exceeded every one of my (our) expectations - a huge thumbs up!
